 AFBWCI's main objective and vision is to build its own multi-purpose community center to serve as a meeting point for multi-culture individuals, culturally diverse workers, arts & crafts business and cause oriented ethnic groups to foster, develop and augment in order to attain and fully implement our club's ultimate goals. We value all the effort & contribution to build a stronger tripartite ties beneficial to the welfare of the Australian, Filipino and Multicultural communities and its society.


AFBWCI's aims and objectives are to promote & enhance the well being and welfare of the Australian multicultural business and workers community as meaningful members of society by driving priorities, brokering outcomes, and delivering ethnic programs & services, which adheres to the principle of advocacy for better welfare of community involvement. 

To organise AFBWCI Blacktown Multicultural Festival annual event, celebrating Blacktown's multicultural diversity promoting performing arts with ethnic songs and dances, sports, authentic food & stalls, community arts & crafts exhibition, job/business expo and beauty pageant participated by various ethnic cultural groups in the community.

To provide & sustain international community outreach programs to indigenous community overseas, advocating giving back to the community then moving forward to gain a unique sense of purpose. To cooperate with any other community clubs having objectives similar to association's ethnic & multicultural traditional way. To foster and strengthen ties amongst diversified organisations, reinforce partnership between various groups under a common vision of working together for the benefit of the multicultural society. 

Membership Benefits

1. Provides information and services throughout the clubs directory, newsletter and website.

2. Conducts regular activities for all members such as motivational, social and multicultural functions.

3. Coordinates seminars/training's in regards to arts & crafts and community welfare & well being.

4. Provide a point of first contact and support for those venturing out for business and the unemployed workers seeking for job.

5. Recognise outstanding members in ethnic category in the club's yearly achievement awards.

6. Promotes the products and services of its multicultural  members, and provide its opportunities as well in the club's annual festival project 'Wow Blacktown Multicultural Fair' Job and Business Expo. 

7. Acts as the official body to represent its members in other different organisations as well in all levels of government bodies in Australia.

Membership Criteria

Membership is open to any individual who are interested in community organisations and be able to meet the club's attendance and community project participation requirements that qualifies and be eligible for membership. AFBWCI also seek to promote diversity and multicultural involvement in club membership by seeking out members from a variety of races, religions, professions and ages. In every such case the membership is subject to the approval of the membership committee and thereafter the board of directors.
